We collect anonymized session data such as timer durations and focus session counts. This data is never tied to your identity and is used solely to improve app performance.

We may collect basic technical information such as device type and iOS version to ensure compatibility.

If FocusFlow crashes, we receive an anonymized crash report containing no personal information.

FocusFlow does not collect your name, email, phone number, or any personally identifiable information.

We do not access, track, or store your location at any time.

We do not share or sell any data to advertisers or data brokers. FocusFlow is completely ad-free.

All tasks, projects, and focus history are stored locally on your device using Apple's encrypted data storage frameworks.

If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account, protected by Apple's end-to-end encryption. We have no access to this data.

FocusFlow uses only Apple's native frameworks including CloudKit and StoreKit. We do not embed any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the 'Last Updated' date and notify you via an in-app notice.
